Observ Skin Analysis & Medical Grade Skincare
We use Observ 520x Skin Analysis to take images of your skin under different lights to diagnose skin type, condition and allow us to create a bespoke skincare plan for you.
We are partnered with GetHarley to send individual skincare plan to patients.
Brands available in clinic include Obagi, ZO Skin Health, iS Clinical, Medik8, Cellderma, Epionce, Neostrata, Skin Better Science and more.
Anti-Wrinkle treatments
Used to treat frown lines, forehead lines, crows feet. Other treatments include excessive sweating, jaw slimming, lip flip, gummy smile, bunny lines and more.
Our favoured brand of anti-wrinkle treatment is Nuceiva.
Beth has done extensive training including cadaver training with leading industry experts in anti wrinkle treatments and can achieve amazing results with her deep understanding of facial biomechanics.
Dermal Fillers
We only use premium grade dermal filler by Teoxane to ensure your safety and to give the most natural, long lasting results.
We can treat your lips, cheeks, mid face, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, jaw, chin, and nose with non surgical rhinoplasty.
Beth has undertaken masterclasses in non surgical rhinoplasty with an industry leading plastic surgeon who specialises in this area.
Polynucleotides
Polynucleotides are a type of biopolymer that has gained popularity in aesthetics as a non-surgical option for skin rejuvenation and regeneration.
PN are made up the building blocks of DNA and RNA.
PN have several benefits for the skin, including improving skin texture and elasticity, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, and promoting collagen synthesis. They are also thought to have anti-inflammatory and wound-healing properties, which can help to reduce redness, swelling, and other signs of skin damage.
They are an incredible treatment for the under eye area, scarring, rosacea, wrinkles and more.
In clinic we use PhilArt polynucleotides.
Skin Boosters
In clinic we use Profhilo, FillMed NCTF and Teoxane Redensity 1 as our skin boosters of choice.
PRP
PRP therapy is used for facial rejuvenation, improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and acne scars and increasing skin plumpness. It can also be used to treat hair loss.
A small amount of blood is removed from your arm and then spun at high speed in a centrifuge. This separates the blood into its component parts. The portion that contains platelet-rich plasma (PRP) issued in your treatment. We can then re-inject it or micro needle it.
Microneedling
Microneedling is one of our favourite all round treatments in clinic. It is an amazing treatment for most skin concerns. Also known as Collagen Induction Therapy.
It is a brilliant treatment for anti ageing, scarring, stretch marks, hair loss and overall skin health.
We offer a range of glides with our microneedling including PRP (Vampire Facial), BioRePeel, FillMed NCTF and more.
Chemical Peels
We offer a range of chemical peels to tailor to our patients skin.

Skin Lesion removal
At Fresh Medical Clinic we offer cryotherapy for skin lesion removal. We also perform shave excisions of skin tags, moles and other skin lesions in clinic. We send moles for histological analysis (at patient cost) where necessary. We also remove small cherry angiomas and spider naevi with diathermy.
We are also a partnered Map My Mole clinic where we can send dermascope images for review by a consultant dermatologist within 48 hours to ensure lesions are safe to remove.
LED Light Therapy
We use a Celluma LED device for photobiomodulation therapy.
This can be added onto to injectable or skin treatments or you can book a standalone Facal including the device. We offer an anti acne facial which includes blue light LED therapy to destroy acne bacteria and reduce oil production.
Thread Veins Treatments
We offer Sclerotherapy of leg thread veins.
Vitamin Injections
As a health booster we offer vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Biotin intramuscular injections. They can be booked as a standalone or a course.
